Check-in is after 2:00 PM at all properties, with flexible self check-in via smart lock at the villas. Check-out is before 11:00 AM at the villas and before 12:00 PM at the A La Carte hotel apartments. Co-host Hannah personally welcomes guests at A La Carte — even for late arrivals around midnight. Free early check-in is possible only subject to room availability on the day.

What documents do I need at check-in in Vietnam?

Vietnamese law requires temporary residence registration for all guests. Simply send a photo of your passport and visa/entry stamp at check-in — the hosts handle the registration for you. Your information is kept private and secure.
